Zyora is a luxury women's fashion brand based in Kerala, India, specialising in Bridal Wear, Kerala Traditional Wear, Gowns, Indo-Western Styles, Ethnic Wear, Old Money Outfits, Formal Wear, and Premium Daily Wear. Our services are offered through our website and our physical studio, with a focus on customised, made-to-measure clothing.

All garments offered by Zyora are made-to-measure or customised based on client consultations. Please note the following:

• Orders are confirmed only after a consultation and advance payment as mutually agreed.
• Delivery timelines provided during consultation are estimates and may vary based on fabric availability and design complexity.
• Any changes to an order after confirmation must be communicated immediately and may be subject to additional charges.
• Zyora reserves the right to decline orders that conflict with our design philosophy or operational capacity.

• Zyora accepts payments via bank transfer, UPI, and other methods communicated at the time of consultation.
• An advance payment may be required to confirm your order. The remaining balance is payable on delivery or as agreed.
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Zyora is not responsible for any additional bank charges or transaction fees incurred during payment.

As all our outfits are custom-crafted for each client, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. However, we are committed to your satisfaction:

• If there is a genuine defect in workmanship or a significant deviation from the agreed design, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Zyora will offer free alterations for fitting issues that arise from our measurement process.
• Alterations requested due to changes in your measurements after the order is placed may attract a nominal charge.
• Return shipping costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the client unless the issue is due to our error.

All content on this website — including but not limited to photographs, designs, logos, text, and graphics — is the intellectual property of Zyora or its respective owners and is protected under applicable copyright laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from this website without our express written consent.
• Our designs and creative work are original and proprietary. Copying or replicating our designs for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific order in question.
